LED lighting with a colour rendering index of 98 CRI brings out natural colour and texture. CCT illumination in the curved front panelling adjusts from 2700 K to 6500 K by remote control.

Integrated Wi-Fi connects QUADRO to MyGELATEC. Adjust temperature, monitor energy use and receive maintenance alerts remotely. Recorded temperature data supports HACCP monitoring and traceability.

Double-airway system

Precision in every tray

Front and rear air channels distribute cooled air across the display. The double-airway system promotes even temperatures from tray to tray, helping preserve gelato texture and consistency.

Clarity, by design

Heated glazing helps prevent fogging and condensation in demanding temperature and humidity conditions, keeping the presentation clear.

Cooling technologies

Engineered for demanding conditions

Semi-hermetic compressors and dual expansion valves provide precise refrigeration control. Reverse-cycle hot-gas defrost uses the system’s own heat, with R455C refrigerant. Tropical and Tropical Plus versions suit hot environments; NoFrost technology removes the need for manual defrosting.

The elevated, illuminated tray base creates a floating effect around the gelato trays, combining clear presentation with an integrated lighting detail.
