Semi-hermetic refrigeration
The published gelato configuration uses a semi-hermetic compressor for demanding ambient conditions above 35°C.
Reverse-cycle defrost
Hot-gas defrost supports rapid evaporator clearing and temperature recovery.
Six directional airways
Cooling is distributed across the trays to support even temperatures and gelato consistency.
Heated, opening glass
Electrically heated glazing helps reduce condensation. Opening front glass gives access for cleaning.
Stainless steel & acrylic stone
Durable stainless steel construction and acrylic stone decoration complete the showcase.
Legs or wheels
Wheels are offered as an alternative to standard legs. Specify the support arrangement for your installation.
Adjustable LED lighting
High-brightness illumination with remote-controlled colour temperature from 2700 to 6500 K.
Connected control
Wi-Fi supports remote temperature adjustment, energy monitoring and maintenance notifications, depending on the controller.
