to know.
Do I need to download an app?
MyGelatec is accessed in your browser at my.gelatec.gr. You can use a browser such as Chrome, Safari or Firefox.
What do I need to connect my equipment?
A compatible controller, a MyGelatec communication module, the preconfigured Access Point and an Internet connection. Contact GELATEC to confirm the right setup for your installation.
How do temperature notifications work?
Choose the device, temperature condition and duration in Notifications and Automation. The standard implementation sends email. Additional messaging services require a separate package.
Can settings be changed remotely?
Authorised users with Admin access can change the parameters that the connected controller supports. Available measurements and writable settings depend on that controller.
